Staff & Volunteers

Executive Director

Angel has served in several different roles at Pathways. First, she attended our training retreat in 2012. After the completion of training, she served as a Client Advocate through the Summer of 2015. In the Fall of 2015, Angel became the Administrative Assistant. In the Spring of 2016, she began the position of Client Service Director. Near the end of 2018, she moved to Interim Executive Director; currently, she serves as Executive Director.

Angel is a wife, and mother to five children. She is a  graduate of Liberty University with a BS in Psychology and is certified in Christian counseling (non-licensed). She has a love for helping others in a constructive way.

“Life is about putting your best foot forward and this can be achieved through life lessons and examples observed from others. Life is what you make it, it’s not always easy, but when you fall, get up, dust yourself off and try again. Failure is not an option, to fail is to not try. If God has brought you to it, He will see you through it! Love, care, and compassion go a long way.” (Angel Marshall 2018) “But now this is what the Lord says, Fear not for I have Redeemed you, I have summoned you by name, you are mine!” (Isaiah 43:1)

Administrative Assistant

Tiffany joined the Pathways team in 2019. She is a wife and mother of five children. She is a loving, kind soul who enjoys doing whatever she can to help others. She excels in organizational skills and learning new things. Tiffany’s favorite quote is, “Live every day to the fullest because tomorrow is never guaranteed!” Her favorite Bible Verse is, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that whosoever believes in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

As a former art teacher, she has fun sharing her gift with the parents and children during our tot time sessions. She has four grown daughters and two grandchildren. Gail has a heart for babies and expectant mothers and loves to share her parenting experience with others. My verse to live by is Deuteronomy 31:6 (NKJV) “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”
